Refund policy
Returns
We have a 14 day return policy, which means you have 14 days to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as you received it, unused , with labels and in the original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To initiate a return, please contact us at mdatruckshop@gmail.com If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send the package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
If we find that the product has not been returned to us in completely original condition, we reserve the right to refuse a refund on the item, otherwise the damage value will be deducted from your refund amount.
Please note that you are responsible for paying the cost of return shipping. The shipping cost is non-refundable.
Once we receive your product(s), the total amount of the returned items will be refunded to the original payment method. It may take up to 14 working days for the refund to appear on your statement. No refund will be given until the goods have been received and checked by us.

Damage and problems
On receipt of your order, you should check all items to ensure they are in good condition. If an item you received appears to be damaged or defective, please email us within 3 days of receiving your order. Include a photo or video of the item where the damage or defects are clearly visible. Briefly describe the damage and send the description and photo(s) together with your order number to us at mdatruckshop@gmail.com
We will assess the case and provide compensation or reimbursement. The complaint does not apply when we find no fault with the product or when the customer himself has caused the damage, such as normal wear and tear and handling errors.
Warranty
We guarantee that all our products are of salable quality. The warranty only applies in rare cases when there is a manufacturing defect. It does not cover general wear and tear, damage caused by accident, abuse or neglect.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Scustomized products (such as special orders or personalized items) cannot be returned. We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gases. Please contact us if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
