Shipping

After the order has been placed, you will receive, within 24 hours, an order confirmation for your purchase. When the item has been packed and shipped, you will receive a new email with a tracking number. You as a customer will receive a notification from the transport company when your item has arrived for collection.

For all deliveries, transport to the nearest delivery point applies unless otherwise stated.

On receipt of your order, you should check all items to ensure they are in good condition. If an item you received appears to be damaged or defective, please email us within 3 days of receiving your order. Include a photo or video of the item where the damage or defects are clearly visible. Briefly describe the damage and send the description and photo(s) together with your order number to us at mdatruckshop@gmail.com

Delivery to pick-up point

Our products are delivered to a collection point close to your chosen delivery address. You will then receive a message when the item has arrived and you will receive an identification number. You can then collect your product when it suits you, but the item must usually be collected within 14 days. You will receive further information in connection with the delivery.

Outside Norway

mdatruckshop.com only delivers and manages orders to Norway.

Delivery time

The delivery time varies between 7 and 14 days, as most of the products in our store are ordered from the factory/manufacturer after receiving the order from the customer.

Delivery time may vary. Products that must be made to order must be ordered from the factory and these products usually have a longer delivery time, which in certain cases is approx. 6-8 weeks. Should the delivery time stated on your delivery notice not meet your expectations, you of course have the right to change or alternatively cancel your order. ATTENTION! A non-stock item where production has started after your order cannot change status and thus cannot be shredded.

Delays

In the event of delays, you will always be informed of this if possible. Reasons for delays can e.g. be it weather or other problems with our forwarders. Should a delay occur, the customer has the right to cancel the purchase without charge. ATTENTION! This does not apply to products that are not kept in stock and that are manufactured to the customer's order. In that case, the delay must be of a significant nature.

Split order

For larger orders, it may happen that the order is split into several deliveries. This happens especially when the order contains goods from different manufacturers.

Not received / collected order

If you are not available when unloading your order, you will be debited for the costs incurred. This also applies to packages which are delivered to a collection point and which are not collected.
