The kit allows for very quick repairs of nail-type damage in all types of tires. A useful addition to any tire service - fast and inexpensive repair. Just a few minutes are enough to make the tire suitable for further use.
The set includes:
Repair cord 100mm 5 pcs.
Glue applicator 90ml 1 pc.
Awl with L-type handle 1 pc.
Activator 12 ml 1 pc.
How to use:
1. Remove the nail from where the tire was damaged.
2. Coat the cutter with the included glue and insert it into the hole after the nail according to the angle at which the nail entered the tire to fill the hole well with glue.
3. Thread the rope onto the awl and bend it in half, with the ends facing up.
4. Cover the rope with glue and use an awl to push the threaded rope into the nail hole, according to the angle of the previous penetration. With a decisive movement, push the awl with the rope through the damaged area.
Make sure the string goes through the entire cover layer!
Be careful not to pull the entire string in!
The two ends of the rope should protrude about 0.4 - 1 cm above the tire tread. Remove the awl from the tire with a decisive movement (you should not rotate the awl inside the tire while removing it - this may cause it to break).
5. Cut off the two protruding ends of the rope, leaving 5 mm above the tire. During driving, the string will become flush with the tread.
