Simply push the insulated wires into the metal insert, close the cover and clamp with a pair of regular pliers, then attach the connector to the socket, creating a "leg" of the connection.

After the connection is correct, the wires are pressed into the metal connector, creating a permanent connection, and an additional receiver can be connected to the connector.
