Universal Contact Adhesive, Bonaterm A1 - 800ml

BONATERM® A-1 is a polychloroprene contact adhesive based on special types of chloroprene rubber modified with synthetic resins and other additives, thanks to which the adhesive joint has excellent adhesion and high thermal resistance. It is also produced in a toluene-free version as BONATERM® A-1 BT.

BONATERM® A-1 adhesive is primarily intended for the footwear industry for joining natural and some synthetic leather with soles made of rubber, Tunisian leather, styrofoam, as well as for attaching uppers to insoles made of secondary leather, Texon, Bontex, etc. materials. BONATERM® A-1 adhesive can also be used in the furniture, automotive and construction industries for bonding wood, plastic, plywood, rubber, cork, hard PVC and metal. Not suitable for bonding polystyrene, polypropylene, polyethylene and soft PVC.

Adhesive properties:

Appearance: viscous, dark yellow to brown liquid, with a clear content of evenly distributed fillers and stabilizers

Storage and safety conditions: glue should be stored in tightly closed packages, in a well-ventilated room, at a temperature of 5-25 ° C, away from central heating radiators. In storage and production rooms where BONATERM® A1 glue is used, appliances and electrical lighting must be explosion-proof, because the solvents in the glue are flammable and form explosive mixtures with air.
