Universal Contact Adhesive, BONIKOL GBT-3-BT - 800ml

Bonikol GBT-3-BT is a one-component solvent-based adhesive intended for professional use in the furniture industry. Recommended for the production of upholstered furniture, foam mattresses and furniture elements. It is used to glue foam, non-woven fabric and upholstery batting, upholstery fabric (natural leather, synthetic leather and upholstery fabric), felt and coconut mats to each other and to wood, chipboard, fiberboard or cardboard. Adhesive for double-sided application. It is characterized by an immediate first impression.

How to use: Mix the adhesive well before use. The temperature of the adhesive, the materials to be glued and the room must not be lower than 15 ° C. Apply the adhesive once to both glued surfaces with a brush. For absorbent materials, such as textiles, leather, apply twice to both glued surfaces, the second time after 20 minutes from the application of the first layer. Then attach the glued elements together and press them firmly and evenly.

Storage and safety conditions: glue should be stored in tightly closed packages, in a well-ventilated room, at a temperature of 5-25 ° C, away from central heating radiators. In storage and production rooms where glue is used, appliances and electrical lighting must be explosion-proof, because the solvents in the glue are flammable and form explosive mixtures with air.
